Itinerary:

  • Day 1 (Port Canaveral): Depart 4pm.  Evening AIP Cruise Welcome Session.
 
  • Day 2 (Day at Sea): Sailing All Day.  AIP Cruise Sessions.
 
  • Day 3 (Cozumel, Mexico): In Port 7am-5pm.  
 
  • Day 4 (Day at Sea): Sailing All Day.  AIP Cruise Sessions.

 

  • Day 5 (Port Canaveral): Arrive 7am.  Depart the ship.

 

 

Pricing:

The below pricing is per person in a double occupancy cabin.  If you will be a single cruiser, or sail with 3 or 4 people in your cabin, please email aipcruise@gmail.com for specific pricing.  Please also email, if you would like pricing for a Suite cabin.
 
 

Cancellation Schedule:

Cancel between August 21-September 3, 2022: Forfeit 50% per person
Cancel between September 4-October 3, 2022: Forfeit 75% per person
Cancel between October 4-November 3, 2022: Forfeit 100% per person
 
 

Passports:

Passports are not required for this sailing, but highly recommended.  U.S. Citizens need at least 6 months of validity on their passport prior to sailing.  Please consult this website for additional information:  https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/united-states-citizen-travel-documentation. 
 
If you do not currently have a passport or need to renew, I highly recommend you apply for one or a renewal as soon as possible.  Passport book for adults (16 and older) are $145.  Passport renewals for adults (16 and older) are $110.  To apply, you can visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html.
 
 

Parking:

Parking is available at Port Canaveral.  At the time of writing, daily rates are $17 per day, or $68 for the duration of the AIP Cruise.
 
 

Pre-Cruise Night:

I highly recommend arriving to the Orlando/Port Canaveral area the night before sailing to avoid the stress of potential travel delays.  At Port Canaveral, we have secured the TBA hotel and there is a limited availability.  Please select this option to add onto your AIP Cruise Package.  This package does/not include a transfer to the port on sailing day.
 
 

Airfare:

If you are arriving the night before, there are no restrictions on when your flight should arrive.  If you are flying on sailing day, you MUST take the first flight out to arrive at MCO (Orlando International Airport) no later than noon.  The drive from MCO to the port is approximately one hour.  
 
When planning airfare to return home on the 7th, plan for airfare to leave no earlier than 12 noon.
 
Transfers are available to purchase as one way or roundtrip to/from MCO and Port Canaveral.
 
 

Travel Insurance:

I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your entire trip.   As witnessed in the past year, plans can change drastically when we least expect them to.  Travel insurance helps to protect your investment, as well as your well-being should something happen, while you are away.  Travel insurance needs to be purchased within two weeks of cruise deposit to ensure coverages for pre-existing conditions and cancel for any reason. 
 
If interested, please email aipcruise@gmail.com to get a quote.  Quotes are individual as they depend on both your birthdate and cruise package.  Some states may be ineligible and coverages are dependent on plan selected and terms.
 
 

Gratuities:

When you cruise, there are certain people whom get paid gratuities for providing onboard services.  These include your cabin steward and dining room staff.  To make it easier, you can have these prepaid with your cruise package.  
 
 

Payments:

If you would like to make smaller payments throughout the year, instead of one large payment at final payment deadline, please let me know, so I can arrange.
 
 

Ability:

When booking your AIP Cruise package, please make sure you are both medically and legally able to cruise.  If you have any questions, please contact me.
 
 

Dining Room:

Our AIP Cruise dining room is NOT solely dedicated to the AIP Cruise.  While we have our pre-determined dining times, it will only be AIP cruise guests and menus.  When we are not in the dining room, it will be utilized for other guests and operations.
 
 

Terms and Conditions:

You must accept all AIP Cruise Terms and Conditions on the subsequent pages.  Your cabin will not be booked without your acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.
